Actionable Workshops for Visionary Organizations

To truly shift our societal approach to “business as usual”, both businesses and organizations need to operate from an intersectional lens to address the distinct challenges faced by individuals within BIPOC, queer, and trans communities.

My action-oriented workshops address key topics framed within a pro-Black, pro-queer, and feminist perspective. These include:

  • Intergenerational wealth-building

  • Career advancement and navigation

  • Sustainable business growth

What’s different about Equip’s approach

Each workshop provides a supportive space for unguarded and candid dialogue, fostering discussions that center under-explored experiences. By combining intersectional pro-Black feminism with practical guidance, I aim to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to:

  • Forge paths toward intergenerational freedom

  • Undermine, disrupt and dismantle systemic barriers

  • Support mental and emotional well-being

  • Grow their employers into future-readiness

Scheduling and Pricing

My equity-focused pricing model is designed to be accessible to businesses and organizations of all sizes. This offering subsidizes my services to individuals and families that need services but cannot afford market rate.

I work hard with clients to tailor content and structure to meet their budget.

I do not offer organizations free workshops or labor in exchange for exposure.
